Docket No. 50-219 Reload Topical Report In accordance with our letter of November 25, 1985, please find attached Topical Report 033 entitled; " Methods for the Generation of Core Kinetics Data for RETRAN-02" and Topical Report 040 entitled; " Steady-State and Quasi-Steady-State Methods used in the Analysis of Accident and Transients". The attached reports are the third and fourth of a series of four topical reports being forwarded to the NRC for review and approval for use in OCNGS reload licensing.

As discussed in our previous letters, it is our intent to conduct in-house analyses for any core related changes to the OCNGS Technical Specifications during Cycle 11 operation and perform the full reload core safety analysis in-house for the Cycle 12 core. In order to support these goals, it is requested that the NRC complete their review of the above  ;
