e APPENDIX C SAFETY / RELIEF VALVE CHALLENGES i
APRIL 1999 There were no operational challenges to the safety valves or safety relief valves during the month ofApril.
The as-found testing of the safety relief valves removed during Refueling Outage 18 was completed during April 1999. Of the six pilot assemblies and two complete valves tested, one pilot assembly was identified to have an initial automatic actuation of 5.56% above its setpoint.
This result is outside of the required 3% Technical Specification limit. A Licensee Event Report is being generated.
