A special safety inspection was conducted on August 4-7, 1986 by Ms. J.
Cioffi. The purpose of this inspection was to review the status of nine open
itenis associated with NUREG-0737 Action Items II.B.3; II.F.1, attachments 1
through 3; and III.D.3.3. These items dealt with post-accident sampling and
analysis capabilities. The details of the status of these open items are
described in the enclosed report.
Within the scope of this review, no violations were identified.
