NORTH CAROLINA STATE EMERGENCY PLAN

In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 paragraph s(1), Carolina Power &
Light Company hereby submits ten (10) copies of Revision I to the " North Carolina Emergency Response Plan in Support of the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant." Parts 2 and 3 of this report consist of the emergency plans for Brunswick and New Hanover counties, respectively.
