REQUEST FOR HEADQUARTERS REVIEW OF CHANGE TO FUNDAMENTAL-1 NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN FOR ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL 4 CORPORATION During our review of the subject. licensee's submittal, we noted that the proposed changes to his plan appeared to qualify as acceptable 70.32 (or 72.84) changes. However, a closer review of his transmittal reveal'ed that 4 some of the changes may have safety or policy implications which require action at Headquarters level. Accordingly,'the subject document is forwarded to you for appropriate action by your office. We have informed the licensee of the status of his cubmittal. A copy of.the letter is attached.'
