REQUEST FOR HEADQUARTERS REVIEW OF CHANGE TO FUNDAMENTAL-1 NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN FOR ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION 4
During our review of the subject. licensee's submittal, we noted that the proposed changes to his plan appeared to qualify as acceptable 70.32 (or 72.84) changes. However, a closer review of his transmittal reveal'ed that some of the changes may have safety or policy implications which require 4
action at Headquarters level. Accordingly,'the subject document is forwarded to you for appropriate action by your office. We have informed the licensee of the status of his cubmittal. A copy of.the letter is attached.'
