DELAY OF MILESTONES 1405-031-920 AND 1405-031-930: HOLTEC HI-STAR AND Hl-STORM TR REVIEW REPORT-DRAFT AND FINAL LETTER REPORTS
Dear Dr. Chowdhury:
The NRC staff has determined that a request for additionalinformation (RAl) from Holtec International on its High-Seismic topical report is required in order to complete the review of the document. Therefore, it will be necessary for the Center For Nuclear Waste Regt latory Analyses to revise milestones associated with review of this report. An additionalintermediate milestone of submittal of the RAI to the staff, due May 28,1999, should be added. In addition, the subject milestones should be delayed to November 16,1999, and February 16,2000, respectively if you wish to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me at 301-415-8518.
