Thank you for your letter dated June 27, 1986, submitting Revision 4 of your Quality Assurance Program Description. We have completed our review of the submittal and have discussed two items with Mr. Gary Krieser of your office on August 14, 1986. Our understanding is that you plan to continue the annual program assessment audits, with a complete program assessment each three year period, and to provide a report to management. This is in addition to the routine in-house quarterly status reports to management. Based on the results of our review and discussions, we consider your revised program acceptable.
