Emergency Plan and Implementing Procedure Update Filet 87-002-493 Dear Sir Arizona Nuclear Power Project (ANPP) is submitting herewith pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q), updated information in the form of " Controlled by User" copies number 23 and 50 of revision 7 to the PVNGS Emergency Plan.
Revision 7 reflects changes to the Emergency Plan which do not decrease the plan's effectiveness.
The Emergency. Plan will continue to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
Two copies (No.
262 and No. 263) are herewith forwarded to the NRC, Regional Administrator, Region V, as specified in 10 CFR 50.4, and an additional copy (No. 55) is herewith forwarded to Mr. E. A. Licitra of the NRC.
ANPP is also submitting herewith pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, additional information in the form of copies number 7 and 8 of implementing procedures for the Emergency Plan.
The revisions made to the existing plan involve the following Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP's):
