AUG 18 586 2.
A Class III fee is appropriate for that portion of the May 2,1983
. application relating to post accident instrumentation since the review involved consideration of a single safety issue. The remaining changes were accepted as being supplemental or as superseding those changes proposed in the July 23 application.
Therefore, your Company is due a refund of $1,200. Your Company was notified of the ONRR staff's approval of your application with the issuance of Amendment No. 66 dated September 3,1985.
On the one hand, $4,000 is due the NRC and, on the other hand, a refund of $1,200 is due your Company. Rather than refund the $1,200 due your Company for Item No. 2 above, we are applying it toward the $4,000 due the NRC for Item No. 1 above. Therefore, your Company is requested to remit the additional sum of $2,800 to this office to complete the fees due for Item No.1 above.
Sincerely, Oristaal signed w ~
