Dear Mr. Counsil:

This letter is a follow up to our ccnference call today in which we discussed the necessity for a public meeting in Dallas to discuss the staff's proposal on grouping by disciplines of the CPRT results.

As stated in our August 4,1986, pleading to the Board, we feel it is important to communicate with both the utility and the intervenor the necessity for some type of grouping of the technical issues which will be subject to litigation.

A femal meeting notice and an agenda for the August 21, 1986, meeting will be sent to all parties this week.

As stated in our August 4,1986, filing to the Board, the staff feels it is important to communicate with both the utility and the intervenor the necessity for some type of grouping of the technical issues and for the purpose of establishing a tentative schedule.

A formal meeting notice and an agenda for the August 21, 1986, meeting will be sent to all parties this week.
