The Commission has requested the Office of the Federal Register to publish the enclosed " Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses and Opportunity for Prior Hearing." This notice relates to your application for amendments dated April 15, 1986, which would revise the Technical Specifications for the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, 4
l to (1) change requirements concerning the rod worth minimizer and rod sequence control systems, the spent fuel storage linear mass restriction for uranium-235 and MAPLHGER limits and (2) correct editorial errors and clarify thermal limit applicability.
