enclosed " Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses and Opportunity for Prior Hearing." This notice relates to

• your application for amendments dated April 15, 1986, which would revise the 4 Technical Specifications for the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, .

l to (1) change requirements concerning the rod worth minimizer and rod sequence control systems, the spent fuel storage linear mass restriction for uranium-235 and MAPLHGER limits and (2) correct editorial errors and clarify thermal limit applicability. *
