QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION FOR DECOMMISSIONING OF HUMBOLDT BAY Ue have reviewed the changes addressed in Revision 2 to the SAFSTOR QA Plan for the decommissioning of the Humboldt Bay Power Plant,' Unit 3 (HBPP-3).
3 As a result of our review, we conclude that Revision 2 continues to satisfy 4
the requirement that the QA program description provide adequate' assurance that i
the decommissioning of HBPP-3 will be conducted in a controlled manner and
<is-therefore acceptable.
