This concerns your letter No NG-88-3729 from William C. Rothert to A. Bert Davis, dated October 31, 1988, regarding drug use by Duane Arnold employees.
We have reviewed your evaluation of those allegations and concur with your finding that the allegations were unsubstantiated.
