a Dear Mr. Murleys Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Commonwealth Edison proposes to amend p.

Appendix A, Technical Specifications to Facility Operating License DPR-30.

The proposed amendment deletes the snubber listing with the Technical Specifications', as well as corrects typographical errors in the Snubber Section of the Specification (3/4.7.9 DPR-29 and 30).

Additionally, the proposed amendment deletes reference to hydraulic snubbers as they are no longer used at Quad Cities Station in safety related applications.
