Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No.149 In accordance with 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91 GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests a change to Appendix A of the license.
The changes involve Sections 2.3 and 3.10 of the Technical Specifications and are needed to support the Cycle 11 Reload. We request that the change be approved and issued no later than August,1986 in order to support Cycle 11 operation and that the amendment become effective 30 days after issuance in order to accommodate procedure changes.
This change request has been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications. Pursuant to 10CFR50.91(b)(1), a copy of this change request has been sent to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
In addition, a check for $150.00 pursuant to 10CFR170.12 will be provided by separate letter.
