Dear Mr. Resnicek:
This refers to the meeting between you and Mr. W. Jones of your staff and me and Messrs. P. S. Check, and E. H. Johnson of my staff on June 9, 1986, in the Region IV offices.
During this meeting we discussed OPPD staffing changes that have occurred over the past several years, some of the envisioned capital improvements for the Fort Calhoun station and your performance indicator program.
It is our opinion that the meeting was beneficial and has provided us with a better understanding of your long range plans for improving the facilities and staffing at the Fort Calhoun station.
In accordance with the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, we will be pleased to discuss them.
