Dear Mr. Cockfield:
LFMB The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.127 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application (LCA 147) dated October 31, 1986.
The amendment revises the reactor vessel material irradiation surveillance schedule and the pressure-temperature limits.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Reoister notice.
