Dear Ms. Ellis:
During the meeting with-on October 2, 1985, with CASE and the NRC staff present,f indicated that he had other issues, such as the radiographs in his possession, which he was not then ready to discuss with the NRC staff.
It was also indicated that you could provide further contact with:
,. I am requesting your assistance in setting up a meeting between my staff and to identify any remaining issues that have not been previously provided to the NRC staff. As you are aware, if these are matters with safety significance, NRC needs to be informed of the information promptly so that the need for any corrective actions can be determined as soon as possible.
