TOWN OF HAMPTON NOTICE OF APPEAL Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 52.762, Town of Hampton hereby gives notice that it joins in the appeal of the March 25, 1987 partial initial decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (the "Wolfe Board"),
authorizing the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to issue a license authorizing low-power testing and operation limited to 5% of rated power for the Seabrook Station, Unit 1, subject to.certain conditions.
