Issuance of Amendment No. 3 to Facility Operating License No. NPF Hope Creek Generating Station The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 3 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-57 for the Hope Creek Generating Station.

This amendment is in response to your letter dated May 30, 1986, as supplemented by letters dated December 24, 1986, and February 6, 1987. ,

This amendment modifies the Hope Creek Technical Specifications to permit long-term operation with one recirculation loop cut of service.

A copy of the related safety evaluation supporting Amendment No. 3 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-57 is enclosed.
