Inspection on March 26-31, 1987 (Reports No. 50-10/87003(DRSS);

No. 50-237/87012(DRSS); No. 50-249/87012(DRSS)

Areas Inspected: Included a review of the circumstances surrounding the

, degradation of a protected area barrier which was identified in accordance

with security event reporting requirements 10 CFR 73.71(c).

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements,

j except as noted below:

Physical Barrier - Protected Area: A protected area barrier was significantly

degraded.

Additionally, an unresolved item was noted regarding a potentially degraded

} vital area barrier.
