On June 17, 1985 the NHC Regional Administrator. Region IV requested investigation of allegations forwarded to Region IV from C. H. Weil. Allegations Coordinator Region III.

Weil reported having Lan apprised of the alleged wrongdoing at WCGS by an IRS Criminal Investigator fonnerly stationed at Kansas City, MO. The alleger identifted an individual who was formerly employed at WLES. who reportedly was involved in a faulty concrete pour at WCas and may have been involved in falsification of certifications and/or other e
