At the conclusion of the written examination, a copy of the exam was left with your staff.
Copies of the written examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 2. Ficility comments regarding the written examination are included in this report as Enclosure 3. NRC resolution of these comments is included in Enclosure 1.
