9 mi 23 April 1986 p USS Arlen Spector United States Senate Washington, D. C. 20510 Attn: Mr. Jim Barnette Re: T'4I Claim

Dear Mr. Barnette:

xl 3 I received your letter dated 20 February 1986 stating that an inquiry to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has been initiated on my behalf and that it would take some time to receive a responce from them.

I am writting to you now to bring you up to date with the Events that have taken place since my last letter. I am enclosing copies of the letters that I have sent so that you can see that the problems that I had on the first part of the claim are starting all over again.

I realize that all good things take time but I feel that they could at least answer my letters. It has been some tir ince the accident at TMI and I believe that it is time to wind up the paper work and close there books on the TMI claims instead of just letting people wait and wait on answers and letters to arrive from Heffler & Company and Judge Rambo.

If you could be of any help at all in helping me with this part of the claim also I would appreciate it very much, his manner in the way it was handled by Heffler & Company and Judge Rambo, in my opinion, was no way to treat a Veteran. I am a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars,a mem'oer of he Association of the U. S. Army etc.
