Dear Senator Specter:
In response to your inquiry of May 28, 1986, we have sent the enclosed letter to Judge Sylvia H. Rambo concerning Mr. Ilarold M. Donley, Jr.'s TMI Evac-uation Claims.
We have been informed that the TMI Evacuation Claims have been and will continue to be processed in accordance with certain settlement procedures.
Consequently, since we have no authority to act on these claims and have not been involved in proceedings on these claims, Mr. Donley's let-ter with enclosures have been forwarded to Judge Rambo's office for proper disposition.
