Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to (1) deobligate funds in the amount of $4,803.68, of which
$15.68 represents excess funds and $4,788.00 represents fixed fee retained to liquidate NRC overpayment of indirect expenses under the contract,and (2) incorporate the Contractor's final audit-determined indirect rates into the contract. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
Article 111, paragraph A.2 Consideration and Obligation," is deleted and substituted with the following:
"A.2. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $410,603.32."
Article IV, paragraph A and B are deleted and substituted with the following:
"The following audit-determined final indirect rates are hereby incorporated into the contract:
Cateaorv Rate Base-Period Overhead 128.71 %
Direct Labor 11/01/83 - 10/31/84 Overhead 130.19 %
Direct Labor 11/01/84 - 10/31/85 Overhead 135.08 %
Direct Labor 11/01/85 - 10/31/86" A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action, is given below:
