CLOSEOUT OF NRC CONTRACT NO. NRC-05-84-156
Dear Ms. Lukart-Ewansik:
We have reviewed the file dncumentation for the subject contract and have determined that all actions necessary to close the contract have been completed.
Total payment to your organization in the amount of $410,603.32 has been accomplished. The amount of $1,207.00 that we received by check from your organization, and the amount of
$4,788.00 in fee retained by us under the contract, has corrected the overpayment of indirect costs that occurred under the contract. We have deobligated the retained amount of $4,788.00 and additional amount of $15.68 in excess funds under the contract by execution of Modification No. 6. A copy of the modification is enclosed for your records. All obligations have been met by the parties and the contract is officially closed.
