Nuclear Regulatory Commission's regulations, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 1, Part 55, with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
In manipulating the controls of the above facility you shall observe the operating procedures and other conditions specified in the facility license which authorizes operation of the facil-ity, and shall comply with the f ollowing condition:
