Enclosure 2 provides a comparison between the ECTG Writer's Guide recommended report format and the transmitted reports.

Enclosure 3 transmits the revised final element report EN22500 as requested by the NRC at the exit meeting at Sequoyah Nuclear Plant on March 17, 1987.

Element report EN22500 was initially submitted to the NRC as a noncestart priority on November 20, 1986.
