NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-424/87-02
Thank you for your response of March 13, 1987, to our Notice of Violation
issued on February' 12, 1987, concerning activities conducted at your Vogtle
facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the
requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your
corrective actions during future inspections.
Also, your additional information concerning the fire protection violation has
been reviewed and we concur that this violation should be changed from a
Severity Level IV to a Severity Level V violation.
Our records have been
revised accordingly.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
