In recent discussions with our Bethesde and site offices, the Staff and its contractor requested further information/ clarifications regarding our IST Program transmitted via Reference (c).

In response to their request, enclosed please find the following:

In addition to those items attached, your Staff's contractor posed a concern regarding valves DG-VI A, V4A, VlB and V4B being in the IST program.

These valves are active check valves and will be included in the Inservice Testing Program.

We trust that this additional information is acceptable, and request that it would be reflected in the upcoming supplement to Seabrook SER, prior to Low Power License issuance.
