This refers to the above subject routine resident safety inspection Millstone 2.
The results of enclosed report documents the inspection findings, which were dis-
.
cussed with Messrs. Scace and Keenan of your staff at the conclusion of the in-
spection.
An apparent violation was identified for failing to return the Containment Gaseous
Radiation Monitors to "operate" af te calibration. Although this condition was
discovered by your staff, it appears that corrective actions for a similar past
violation did not prevent this incident from occurring.
