Alnger 1,9 U.S. HRC Gentlemen A teleconference was held between Comet.onwealth Edison personnel and the NRC Staff to discuss Commonwealth Edison's proposed design for the A'1HS Hjcigation System (AMS) for Byron and Braldwood Stations. This design had been previously submitted in referenesa (a), (b), and (c).
Enclosed with this letter is Revision 5 to "A'1HS Hitigation System Specific Design for Byron /Braidwood Stations".
Revision 5 contains design changes that resulted from the teleconference mentioned above. The specific design changes includes a) New information on the output isolation relays.

Additional information on the isolator qualifications.
