On March 26, 1987, we transmitted Revision 3 to Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation's Comanche Peas Project Procedure CPPP-7, " Design Criteria for Pipe Stress and Pipe Supports" (see TXX-6345). Attached is a project memorandum used to identify sections of CFPP-7, Revision 3, which require confirmation for their usage, where this is not specified.in the text.
The Atomic Safety and Licensing, Board will be notified of this transmittal by separate letter from our attorney.

- 1. -8, Section 3.0, the factor of 2.0 for seismic ac-celerations and the factor of 5.0 for fluid transient acceleration 2.
Section 4.6.4.1, the 25 percent increase in thermal expansion loads
- 3. -6A, Section 5.1.1, the multiplier factor of 3.0 for thermal and OBEA Loadings 4.
Section 4.7.2.1, the application of 42 ksi for A500, Grade B, material minimum yield strength This memorandum will be revised as above factors are confirmed.
