SUBJECT:

AMENDMENT N0. 47 FOR THE FORT ST. VRAIN NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION On March 4, 1986, the Commission issued Amendment No. 47 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station. The amendment consisted of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) to allow mechanical snubbers to be replaced by equivalent hydraulic snubbers.

These TS pages contained vertical lines, indicating the area of change, in the right hand-margin. We are retransmitting these TS pages with the changes marked in the left-hand margin, in accordance with the Fort St. Vrain standard format for TS.

Please replace the pages of the Appendix A TS for Amendment No. 47 with the enclosed pages as indicated. We are sorry for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you.
