INSPECTION VERIFICATION 10 CLOSE00T PPA ITEM A-15. "DIESEL CEhERATOR FUEL OIL" In accordance with Region I's request that the Licensing Project l'ana5ers verify the closecut of four sulti-plant action (PTA) itms described in Change Notice E8-04 of NRC Inspection Manual. Alan Wang, Licensing Project Manager for Haddam Neck has performed the subject inspection. As stated in a metorandum dated June 79,19PS, TI ?515/95 and TI ?515/96 are not applicable to Haddarn Neck and TI 2515/94 was ccfrpleted.
The purpose of TI ?515/93 is to verify that the diesel generator oil is included in the plants quality assurance program under 10 CFR Fart 50, Apperidix B requirerents.
In a site visit on October 15, 1900 Alan Wang verified the diesel generator fuel oil in the day tanks and storage tant is on the licensee's quality assurance list (L-list). A copy of the L-list is attached.
Fased on the above, we censider FPA Itcm A-15 to be closed.
