Operating Licenso No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Inservico Inspection (ISI) Data Reports In accordance with 10CFR 50.55a(g) and TMI-l Technical Specifications, onclosed 13 GPUN's Form NIS-1, Owner's Data Report for inservice inspections performed at TMI-1 prior to and during the Cycle 7 Refueling Outage.

This report includes examinations performed between March 25, 1987 and August 15, 1988.

ISI examina'tions were conducted in accordance with the ASME Code,Section XI, 1974 Edition through Summer 1975 Addenda. Thi.s report is being submitted in compliance with subarticle IWA-6220 of the Code.

Additionally, in accordance with GPUN Procedure 1504-ADM-3272.02, we are forwerding the Owner's Report for Repairs or Replacements, NIS-2 Forms.

These reports describe repairs and replacements performed on Section XI cle.ss 1 and 2 non-exempt components.

The reports submitted include documentation completed between May 15, 1987 and September 16, 1988.

Reports completed after this date will be included with our next submittal following the Cycle 8 refueling outage.
