Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Security Plan Revision No. 22 Please find enclosed four (4) copies of Revision 22 to the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Security Plan, applicable drawings, and a summary of changes.
The overall effect of this revision is to enhance the effectiveness of the Security Plan.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p), these changes were made without prior Commission approval.
A letter from Thomas T. Martin of the NRC to P.B. Fiedler dated February 13, 1987 identified some changes previously made to the Security l
Plan in Revision 20 which the NRC considered unacceptable. These I
unacceptable changes have been corrected accordingly in Revision 22.
l Since the contents of this letter, if released to the public, would compromise the physical security of the Oyster Creek Station, it is requested j
pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21 that this document be withheld from public disclosure.
