(B) ANPP-36076, dated April 11, 1986 (Interim Report - DER 86-10)

Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a Potentially Reportable Deficiency by Reference (A) and an Interim Report was submitted by Reference (B). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by June 5, 1986.

Due to the extensive investigation, testin8, and evaluation required, it is now expected that the Final Report will be submitted by July 14, 1986.

There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
