TRANSMITTAL OF ELEMENT. REPORTS IN THE CONSTRUCTION CATEGORY By letter dated March 16, 1987, TVA transmitted revised final element reports 11206 and 17105 from the Construction Category. Attached are these two reports along with the associated transmittal letter from TVA. Please note that these reports have been revised to incorporate NRC staff comments. All 3? final reports for Sequoyah in this category have been already submitted.
Please review the status of the Construction Elements Reports and where possible combine initiatives / actions to reduce the total number of safety evaluations (SEs) required tc address these reports. However, all issues in each element report should be addressed in SEs and your cover letter should identify these reports.
I am attempting to provide a status report, with estimated SE comple-tion dates, regarding all Employee Concerns every two weeks. Your memorandum of March 13, 1987, thru R. Lee Spessard on EC reports is the type of information I required. That report was excellent for our reporting needs.
