Dear Mr. White:

Enclosed is the transcript of our meeting of March 10, 1987 at which we discussed issues related to Sequoyah restart and TVA's longer range plans with regard to its other nuclear plants. The transcript has also been placed in the Public Document Room. I felt that the meeting was useful in establishing a comon baseline for the newly established Office of Special Projects and TVA management regarding the issues affecting Sequoyah. I am looking forward to our next meeting which the staff is scheduling for April 20 in Chattanooga.
