4 By letter dated March 16, 1987 Duke Power Company submitted proposed Technical 1
Specification changes regarding Reactor Trip Bypass Breakers (BTBs), as requested by Generic Letter 85-09.
Subsequently it was discovered that two adjacent column 4
entries in Table 4.3-1 of the submittal were transposed. Accordingly, pursuant to a telephone conversation between Darl Hood (NRC/ONRR) and Scott Gewehr -(DPC),
