Our responts to the Notice of Violation is attached.

PCE has recognized the need for improvements in the nuclear security area. Fffective November 1, 1988. Mr. A. R. Ankrum has been appointed as Manager of the Nuclear Security Department. Mr. Ankrum has several years of experience in matters dealing with nuclear security and other regulatory requirements. He will be providing specific 'tter, tion to identified areas of concern. Since this viciation is a tapest of a violation received ear 11-r this year, each of +.he corrective . actions discussed in the attach responso will be specifically monitored.
