~e SPECIAL REPORT REACTOR COOLANT RADIATION MONITOR INOPERABLE On March 5,1987, the sample flow for the Unit 2 reactor coolant radiation monitor (2 EMF-48) was isolated due to leakage of valve seats on Inside Containment Isolation Valves 2NM-22A, 2NM-25A and 2NM-42S. The Outside Containment Isolation Valve, 2NM-26B, has been closed in order to comply with the Containment Isolation Technical Specification.
Work Requests have been written to have the affected valves inspected and repaired during the next outage of sufficient duration.
