On March 16,1999, Mr. M. Herrell of your staff and I confirmed the initial operator licensing examination schedule for the year 2000. The initial examination dates are the weeks of February 14 and 20,2000, for approximately 16 candidates. It is our understanding that the NRC will write the examination. The Chief Examiner for the Brunswick examination will be Mr. G. Hopper.
