I have reviewed the memorandum covering out telephone l
conversation of October 17, 1988.
After reviewing the i
document, I have the following comments.
l Page 2 8three implementing procedures have not been approvsd by the selectmen.'
t This statement gives the 1.mpression that there are only three procedures remaining that have not yet been approved by the selectmen.
In fact, close to 60 have yet to go through the Board of fleinctmen.
The ststement should be changed to includn this fact. Included in this stater.ent should be the fact that 3 of the most oritical implementing procedures havn yet to be seen by the Selectmen.
(these are the onen mentioned further on in the paragraphs Fire, Police, and Schools.)
