This confirms the decision reached between you and Mr. A. B. Davis of this office on June 5, 1986, to postpone indefinitely the the scheduled June 13, 1986, meeting on the status of corrective actions which you are taking in response to the 10 CFR 50.54(f) letter. The reason for this postponement is the efforts required by CECO and the NRC to investigate and resolve the circumstances surrounding the June 1,1986, event when LaSalle Unit 2 failed to scram when water level decreased.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
