Dear Mr. Dyer:
Enclosed is a copy of the report for the Annual Medical Drill conducted in Rock Island County for the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station on October 7,1998. Participants included members of the Illini Ambulance Service, the Illini Hospital and Commonwealth Edison.
There was one Area Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) identified as a result of the drill.
There were no prior ARCAs to be resolved. Information addressing the finding can be found in the report.
Copics of the report have been forwarded to the State ofIllinois, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's National Office and the Federal Emergency Management Agency's National Office.
