On March 17,1999, Mr. T. Beadle of your staff and I confumed the initial operator licensing examination schedule for the year 2000. No year 2000 examinations are scheduled, initial examinations are requested for April 2001 for approximately 18 candidates. It is our understanding that you will write the examination.
