Dear Mr. Berkow:
PSC's Procedures Generation Package (PGP) was submitted to the NRC with Reference 1.
The NRC responded to PSC's PGP with the Draft Safety Evaluation (SE) transmitted in Reference 2.
The NRC's SE contained a requirement for PSC to submit a revised PGP by March 13, 1987.

During 'a telephone. conversation on March 27,.1987, Dr. Ken Heitner of your staff ' confirmed his understanding that PSC will submit the-revised PGP by April 13, 1987. The 30 day delay from the original submittal date was originally requested by PSC in Reference-3.
